The architecture is a study of refined simplicity; it is a 6-level building with a light-colored textured façade exposed to the weather connecting with the outside. Expansive balconies, surrounded by ornate black iron railings, are adorned with vibrant green vines and lush greenery that soften the architecture and integrate it with the natural surroundings.
Large windows with dark frames mark the façade, suggesting spacious indoor living areas. The upper floor, distinguished by an elegant dark roofline, offers an exclusive glass-paneled terrace and sun loungers, framed by the silhouettes of two majestic palm trees. Below, the building is partially hidden by a dense foreground of exotic plants, adding to the sense of privacy and seclusion.
