Puerto Vallarta Master Plan International Competition

TAFER is a forward-thinking hospitality company which hasA collection of award-winning hotels and resorts. On this occasion, the founders of Tafer have launched this contest because their brands are consolidated with an excellent design, which is reflected in their avant-garde hotels within the field of architecture and interior design. The site that is open to intervention is located on one side of the Garza Blanca Preserve complex.

This in turn is delimited by the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountain range and in front of the sandy beach of the Pacific Ocean. Taking these factors into account, the site is open to a wide range of opportunities for hospital, commercial and residential use. In this case, our work was to interact from the beginning with the presidents of the brand in order to lay the foundations for the competitors and once provide the information required to carry out the proposals to be delivered.
